What is infrared photography?
Normal cameras see the rainbow. This one sees further.
Infrared photography uses a modified camera to capture light just beyond red — invisible to our eyes. It reflects off the world differently, so straight out of camera, green leaves turn blue and skies shift copper.
Editing takes it further: swapping colour channels and white balance turns that raw output into soft pink foliage and deep sea-blue skies — the surreal look IR is known for.
